From endangered wildlife to furry companions, we’re teaming up with Gulf Coast Humane Society (GCHS) to celebrate the power of second chances. Because when we work together, we can change more lives—one adoption at a time.
Adoptable cats and dogs will be at the Aquarium for Ruff & Rescue Adoption Day, a special event where your next rescue story begins.
Grab some cool swag while you’re here and bring the kids to enjoy a special seating area with coloring activities!
🗓️ Saturday, July 12
📍 Nature Play – Patio Area (across from the H-E-B Splash Park)
🕛 12 PM – 4 PM
Adoption Fees:
🐶 Puppies under 1 year – $175
🐾 Adult dogs – $70
🐾 Adult dogs at GCHS for 3+ months – FREE
🐱 Kittens – $60
Please note: Paid guest admission to the Aquarium is required to attend the event and access the adoption area.
After adopting, you’re welcome to leave your new pet in the designated holding area while you enjoy everything the Aquarium has to offer. When you’re ready to leave, a team member will escort you and your new pet through a convenient exit path located near the adoption area.
