Help Support Our Mission

The Texas State Aquarium is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to connecting people with animals, inspiring appreciation for our seas, and supporting wildlife conservation.  Every dollar you give helps us further our mission.

Adopt An Animal

When you symbolically adopt a moon jelly or cownose stingray, you provide funding that helps meet the daily needs of all of the animals at the Aquarium.

Caribbean Journey Pavers

For a donation of $250 or more, you can leave a lasting legacy while providing valuable support for Caribbean Journey.

Corporate Partners

Corporate Partners are a special group of donors who provide ongoing annual support for the Aquarium’s operations. Their generosity assists the Aquarium in achieving our mission by providing valuable and reliable funding that help offset the cost of a variety of needs such as purchasing food for animals and maintenance of exhibits. These companies receive community exposure and enjoyable benefits for their employees and their families.

General Support

Unrestricted gifts to the Aquarium will go to the area of greatest need, whether that is providing food for the animals that call the Aquarium home, providing medical attention to sick and injured animals, or helping educate the over 500,000 annual guests who visit the Texas State Aquarium.

Planned Giving

The Texas State Aquarium established the Nautilus Society for individuals who have expressed their commitment to ensure the Aquarium through planned gifts.

President’s Council

The President’s Council is a group of philanthropic individuals who help ensure the continued growth of the Texas State Aquarium with annual contributions of $1,000 or more.

Rising Tide Society

The Rising Tide Society is a dynamic group of young leaders and professionals in our community who are passionate about furthering the mission of the Texas State Aquarium through fun and engaging events.

Second Chances

Second Chances Wildlife Rehabilitation Program helps sick or injured shorebirds, raptors, and sea turtles in the Coastal Bend.
