Texas State Aquarium Thanks Guests with Online Discount Through Dec. 1

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The Texas State Aquarium will roll out an online discount special today through Dec. 1 to celebrate Thanksgiving and Black Friday and thank guests for their support this past year. Guests can score an automatically-applied $5 discount by purchasing tickets online at www.texasstateaquarium.org.

The Aquarium will be closed on Thursday, November 28 for Thanksgiving but will reopen on Friday, November 29 for regular hours of 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. The Aquarium will also be closed on Monday, December 2 – Thursday, December 5 for maintenance.

The Aquarium will remain open for most of the holiday season, with some new and returning experiences at the Aquarium to delight guests, including a new 4-D film and a SCUBA diving Santa Claus – both included with admission or membership.

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer 4-D with play November 29 – December 1 and December 6 – January 3 in the Whataburger 4-Dimension Theater. This movie uses the same stop motion animation as the beloved television classic with added special effects to deliver a visually brilliant, high definition 3-D experience.

Also, starting Saturday, December 7 and on through December 23, Santa is trading in his sleigh and fur coat for some fins and a wetsuit during a special holiday visit to the Aquarium! SCUBA Santa will plunge into the H-E-B Caribbean Sea exhibit for a unique encounter and festive photo op with our guests.
