Read MoreSummer is our busiest season, which also means there are many guests visiting the Aquarium. Baby backpacks or baby slings, instead of strollers, will help you get through crowded areas with ease.
As the biggest Aquarium in Texas, there sure is a lot of ground to cover! To make you as comfortable as possible, wear athletic or tennis shoes to walk around the Aquarium.
Some of our presentations and exhibits are outdoors, so it's best to be prepared and bring an umbrella or raincoat if necessary!
To avoid large groups and crowds during the summer months, try visiting during the week. The busiest days are the weekends and the busiest times are 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The best way to avoid long lines at the ticket booth is to become a member! Members skip the ticket booth and head straight towards the entrance.
