Careers in Fish and Herpetology

Are you interested in pursuing a career in animal science or working in a zoo or aquarium someday?

At our upcoming Animal Science Exploration Program (ASEP) event, you’ll get an in-depth look at what it takes to care for our fish and herp (reptiles and amphibians) collection and meet with the trainers, aquarists, and other experts that make our incredible work all possible!

On this two-hour career experience, participants will get a comprehensive overview of our Animal Care Sciences team including:

*Join a specialized small group tour of our behind-the-scenes area
*Meet fish and reptiles including snakes, sea turtles, and others
*Learn from the aquarists about how they started their careers and what they do now
*Discover how to begin your own career in Fish & Herpetology

T-shirts are also available for sale to guests, and there will be prize giveaways for those to take a brief exit survey!
