Sensational Sustainable Seafood is designed to encourage consumers and local chefs to consider sustainability when making seafood choices. We believe our efforts combined with others around the world will help ensure there will be a seafood available for decades to come. Our signature event is our monthly cooking class, a one-of-a-kind experience. Join us on the second Tuesday of every month, learn how to select and prepare fresh, sustainable seafood and have a lot of fun! A local chef will prepare seafood dishes for you to sample.
