Housekeeper [4 Part-Time Positions]

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Keep building in clean and orderly condition.
• Sweep, mop, scrub and vacuum hallways, stairs, restrooms and office space.
• Empty trash and garbage containers.
• Notify supervisor regarding necessary repairs, such as lighting to be replaced.

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform related duties as assigned..

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Ability to work weekends/evenings/holidays/varying shifts as required
• Ability to speak Spanish preferred

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Any combination of education and experience which would likely produce the required knowledge, skills and abilities

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Texas driver's license and an insurable driving record

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Work can be demanding. Must have ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach and twist torso. Normal color vision. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, winter cold and rain, and high winds.
